.youtube.com/watch?v=omsRn1qM0bc&feature=related there really are two view points to this video but the link in the description doesnt show you them, its just some t shirt selling bullshit.
it's not lack of skill it's lack of info d**Mb**ss! who says you can do what you're doing in a race track?!for God's sake it's a public road! this thing happens to motorist/s who kept on ignoring traffic rules!
This is a typical example of what happens when one is overwhelmed by survival reactions. He panics when he sees the car, get tense, focus on what is dangerous, the car, and hence steer against it.
If he had remained calm, relaxed and focused on where he wanted to go, everything would have been fine.
I hope everyone was ok, and that the driver learned the lesson not to drive like an idiot on public roads.
@pwretmo I agree on all that, but I think he also hit hard on the front brake making imposible to lean the bike to a appropiate agle to avoid the car!...big mistake braking hard with the front in that situation...Hope he is ok...
I'd say he was surprised by the oncoming traffic, panicked, and hit the brakes. If you don't ride bikes you pobably don't know this, but what happens then is the bike will stand up and you will go straight ahead - just like the poor fellow in this video. n00bs are especially prone to this but it can happen to everyone if they're startled by something.
@michaelwoelk I'm an everyday motorcycle rider for 6 years..
With that leaning on the curve, if he hit the brakes hard the bike would make a slide immediatly..
I believe that he was suprised by the oncoming traffic, and he forced the bike to stand up to correct the tragetory... with a bad result. The bike would stand up to, with the fast total release of the gas (that we can hear on video)
It appears that he don't touch the brakes..
An easy situation to solve, only mantaining the trajectory

What did he think was going to happen, riding like that. Just a matter of when and how bad. That's what you get for showing off like a little boy.

?? surely not,,, but looks like he choose a target and ride for it.
Strange thing... the curve and bike leaning seems perfect,.
