President Obama's comment 6/15/10 that clean up efforts will (eventually) recover 90% of the spilled oil reminds me of a comment I heard Hubert Humphrey state in the mid l960's: "The backbone of Communist aggression has been broken in South Viet Nam"....oh, really? Please, sir, (BHO) the American public is not stupid. You do not cap a well with a pressure of 70,000 psi - by any means currently known.
