Is this video speeded up? If not, how can people even think straight or do anything with the constant speedy rotation? What happens when you catch an elevator or try to walk down stairs? On one hand it very interesting but in another way it looks a bit creepy as if it's something from a science fiction movie. However it is a architectual miracle.

Why would you want a building to move like this? Sure, it would be cool to look at and cool to say you were able to create it. However, no one is going to want to live or work in something like this. You would have constant motion sickness... not to mention having stuff constantly fall off your shelves... hehe.

However, if you slowed it down then there would be hours where at least one of your windows would face directly at your neighbor's window. Unless they decide to only put windows on the outer wall. Not really trying to trash the idea... I just think it might be cooler in concept than reality.

the structure of the building is located in a central spire that houses lifts for people and cars, the floors rotate on massive bearings around this spire. as far as i am aware you will just have to get used to the door not always being into the main area! or a hall that runs around the edge of the spire to allow access.

This makes sense, WHEN you turn the building into a generator. You do not power the building...the wind does. The windows are coated with solar panel material to generate electricity and the floors of the building are "vanes" that are separated by very low friction bearings. As the wind rotates each floor around the central shaft, it generates electricity. A good point, however, is how tenants move from floor to floor...That can be overcome as well...
