Assuming by Touhou you mean the shooter, Iambian is alerady making one, the demo is on ticalc. org. It's currently on hold, though (until he finishes his grayscale RPG)

I'm currently doing a bunch of TI calc game/project videos right now so I will probably post a few screenshots of CaDan on Youtube, but there are alerady some on Omnimaga for now.

(Leofox was working on a Touhou game 2 years ago too, but I don't know what happened to it)
