if u weigh up the number of successful against the number of tragedies, i bet you would be outnumbered.

many ppl in this world are still so innocent to understand the diff between real nd fake and orkut surely helps to make undue use of that loophole. i too have an acct but just for informational purpose...there are many ppl out there who are just waiting to take this undue adv of innocent ppl

Honestly, I do not agree with what this video states. It could happen even if you had met in college!! So, don't blame Orkut...

Life @ Orkut generalises far too much regarding the SNS. One should be smart and careful when dealing with strangers... and going from what has been depicted in the video, I don't see Orkut responsible for actions of the individuals especially the mishap!!

Well, why ORKUT or just Social Networking. One has to be aware, in everything like Mails, Chatting(specially), messengers, etc. Today communication is very easy and people feel much more free to express themself in all these media, in which sometimes ill minded people gets innocents one. So in this era, its advisable to be alret and aware in everything regarding strangers, specially in Calls, Emails, Messengers, Public Chatting Room, Networking sites etc.

yeah, ...if the lady wud hav been cheated on the first meeting itself, then the perils of making new frens at orkut would have really stood up! this way, the problem faced by the girl can even come out of blind dates or college parties, etc...not necessarily from orkut..
