Wow! Your art is incredible! I've always admired being able to capture that kind of energy in text to create the synchronization between the symbolism of text and the flow of painting. I don't know how else to comment; it's so hard to put into words... but it's really good. You've got respect from this guy, at least.

I was using that as a base layer, once I did the outline I just hid that layer.

I just cut into them with a white fill layered on top. when I put that gray in there you can see where the white objects are.

Fantastic! you show me a lot of things to do, i have this program (adobe illustrator?), but i dont understand it, how you put the shadows, and how you rewrite the sketch...

it's basically alot of trial and error, I just use the fill option and wherever a shadow should be, I just outline it and drop it in. It's a bit hard to explain, I might do a tutorial sometime. I'll think about it.
