I disagree with the the Shia government and courts the US installed in iraq. They sentence the remainder of the saddam government to horrible capital punishments out of revenge rather then out of law or reason. It would be better if people like Ali Hassan al-Majid and Saddam would have had been juged by the international court in Den Hauge. There would not have been death sentences but it would prove to alot of iraqis that the new government cares more about human rights then the previous one
