  • I hope you will read my profile and do your own research or ask me questions if you have more interest. Salt can contribute to the problem, but it's not even dehydration. There are other chemicals in our processed foods that cause crystallization in the bodies of humans and animals.

  • So that means salt contributes to kidney stones...not global warming. Here we go with the processed food nazis. Nutrition is better than its ever been.

  • I never said global warming caused it. Are you mentally challenged? I simply agreed with what you read that salt can contribute. Kidney stones were never seen in children until the 90s. Explain that. Now children as young as five and all the way into their teens are having stones so often hospitals are having to build pediatric kidney centers. Don't be such a jerk. I anyone is a Nazi, it is you.

  • how is that correlative to global warming? how am i nazi? lol. where did i advocate anything close to nazism? are you mentally challenged? since we've had prcoessed foods (long long long before the 90's, so your point is moot, way moot). the AMA talks about the lack of pure water in their diet. folks like you blame things nad people, when it could be the lack of something in their diet, not something in their diet. i know, those damend facts.

  • kidney stones caused by global warming...... see another example of being surrounded by idiots..... Cut off the supply routes... we were just talking about this earlier... hahahaha... wtf? I need to quit typing as you are speaking... I think this is my favorite video so far!

  • LOL! Wow! It's almost as if Al Gore is now running USA Today! Manbearpig causes kidney stones. Ahmad is pursuing basic legal rights for great apes—like it's such a nobel cause! As for smoking—thank god for righteous anti-smoking crusaders such as Rob Reiner, the exemplification of good health habits. Bahaha!

  • Yeah, we revoked our membership to humanity a long time ago.

  • MMASK is back....as a partner

  • Kidney stones form after u get a UTI, so 2 get rid of them don't drink caffeine pop and drink plenty of cranberry juice any kind, I should know I get them alot they r only fatal when they infection reaches all the body systems including the brain

  • correct, unchecked and ignored they are fatal. that being said global warming is not causing them.

  • That is why I stopped reading that slog years ago, It's a fear monger paper! It is refreshing to see someone do some honest to goodness trashing of Crap media like that!!!

Peace and keep up the good work!!

  • amen to trashing media

  • that's a bunch of bullshit with the apes, wtf is wrong with the world

  • apparently chimps need property rights and humans needs nothing.

  • 6:52... what a liar.

  • where ya been hiding fucker?

  • was gonna come over tonight, err, fri night, but went to see Dark Night for the second time instead; passed out in last 10mins of it on Thurs night, so had to see it tonight to finish it up.

Might be at Alpenhoff tonight though.

    Later, panama red.

  • need a rum runner with an umbrella, pansy god of thunder?

  • a nice razz-ma-taz would hit the spot.

ill be in sometime this week, i assure you... maybe.

  • Why's everything blue? Nice vid btw

  • usa today colors

  • I hope USA Today watches this video.

  • they are too busy digging up other really silly things...

  • way to jam so much topicality into one title- I guess you'll be going to see the Dark Knight this weekend!

  • fucking best movie in the world.

  • how is the baby jon?

  • I have found I have a weakness for C-Span straight from the horse's mouth. Loved Bush stating exactly- "Do not think the federal government should tell the American people what to do with their money!" (talking about driving less and gas prices)

  • By the way, we're long overdue for a Pub Council video. I love me some of those.

  • yeah, the gang has been wanting to ham it up as well....

  • because cigarettes are nasty and will ruin your weed smoking.

  • doesnt give them the right to legislate "nasty"

  • What's up with the blue glow?

  • its the usa todays colors..

  • I see. Interesting the way you differentiate the Sudanese from great apes.

  • i did not differentiate them, the USA Today did not differentiate them...that was my point. Sudan belonged front page, not cuddled next to a monkey rights story.

  • I've heard of a few groups trying to impart human rights to certain dwindling species of animals, especially apes, to try to curtail extinction. I thought The New York Times was for morons.

  • NYT used to be the paper of record, now is yellow. poe once said when the press becomes pop art, society is nearing an end.

  • Those articles were my WTH moment for the day.

  • mine too...

  • Tim.. are you going to see the Dark Knight this Friday? Go live on stickam please

    <3 Serenity

  • of course...you?

  • go live on stickam please

  • stickam sucks

  • Miss talking to you on there. Oh hey everyone says hi

  • who is everyone?

  • Dom actually

  • tell him hello and the Batman movie was awesome. i suggest it for everyone. lots of social implications to the world today.

  • i, too, had read where the dutch pot smokers were in an uproar because they wouldn't be able to smoke their tobacco blended pot in public anymore.

what a country! the dutch government tries to improve the welfare of their citizens by making them smoke only pure pot in public, and they don't appreciate it!

however, is that the dutch talking... or the pot?

  • i say let em smoke whatever tey want and let the market dictate choice.

  • Places with high humidity have higher cases of kidney stones. Global warming increases the humidity, you get more cases of kidney stones fool!

  • turn the dtecting around on yourself. the headline implied that global warming will cause kidney stones, when in fact, medicine is still at odds at major causes of stones. that being said, dehydration is the culprit, no global warming. studies were'nt done at the equator to see if the correlation were cross cultural. lots of reseach points to water sources as potential benefactors to stones...the article was a bad conclusion of the study

  • good one.

read matt drudge for grade a lol's.

  • druge is almost as funny as the huffington report.

  • i cant read her anymore

at least perez hilton is honest

  • unlike the guy you work for, who has changed his mind and his website ten times. gotta love a guy who in six months has changed every major policy that he was against, he is magically for.

good job on stealing mccains poicy and calling it his own though...and clinton policy.

  • and the sad part is, there was a time you could read her.

  • every major policy? come on tim, that's a stretch even for you

i think you're looking for a reason to hate..

  • yes every major polciy, and even for me, im not the brainwashed robot giving my time to a politician who changes his mind like most folks change underwear. iraq has changed, one jeuslaem has changed, healthcare has changed, faith based initiatives...lol. a bush policy. he voted for wire tapping when he was against it, public financing, gay marriage, third term abortions, merit pay for teachers, etc etc etc...yes every major policy.

  • After vowing to eschew private fundraising and take public financing, he has now refused public money. Once he threatened to filibuster a bill to protect telephone companies from liability for their cooperation with national security wiretaps; now he has voted for the legislation. Turning his back on a lifetime of support for gun control, he now recognizes a Second Amendment right to bear arms in the wake of the Supreme Court decision.

  • Formerly, he told the Israeli lobby that he favored an undivided Jerusalem. Now he says he didn't mean it. From a 100 percent pro-choice position, he now has migrated to expressing doubts about allowing partial-birth abortions.

For the first time, he now speaks highly of using church-based institutions to deliver public services to the poor.Having based his entire campaign on withdrawal from Iraq, he now pledges to consult with the military first.

  • During the primary, he backed merit pay for teachers — but before the union a few weeks ago, he opposed it. After specifically saying in the primaries that he disagreed with Sen. Hillary Clinton's proposal to impose Social Security taxes on income over $200,000 and wanted to tax all income, he has now adopted the Clinton position.

  • But it is all about appearances and certainly it doesn't go against his montra of "change" say one thing do another who is going to research the difference, "His intentions were good" oh gag.

  • according to his website he still supports it: "Districts will be able to design programs that reward accomplished educators who serve as a mentor to new teachers with a salary increase. Districts can reward teachers who work in undeserved places like rural areas and inner cities. And if teachers consistently excel in the classroom, that work can be valued and rewarded as well. " where's the flipflop

  • asccording to his rheotric he doesnt supprt it, so which is it. thats called confusing the masses, obama is an adept politician, which makes him an adept liar. he said clearly he was against merit based pay to the union.

  • thats his stance this week, wasn't last week. lol.

  • Israel: by "didnt mean it" meaning favoring a 2-state system, implying division of jerusalem which isnt in the plan

Abortion: "expressing doubts"? sounds like "often, could, USA today". don't copy/paste.

Faith: creating of faithbased neighborhood programs still separate church and state. funding goes to secular investments, not 2 religion.

Iraq: consulting with, not blindly abiding by, military lrds. overturns concept of a timeline? no. not at all.

where did you copy/paste this from?

  • please, you are showing the same naievete obama is. arab leaders themselves were shocked it how he worded it. backpedalling.

  • i'll say this, they train you all well, same talking points that mean little to those in the know...rhetoric. he has belly flopped, that is the singular reason they are within a whisper of each in the polls.

  • how could one not see human life in a 6 month fetus? are you kidding me? the ability to eat, breathe and survive outside the womb. eyes, ears, thoughts...and you say salinate them?

  • ABORT: this is the stance. it's not a talking point tim its his view ...lol "i have repeatedly said that I think it's entirely appropriate for states to restrict or even prohibit late-term abortions as long as there is a strict, well-defined exception for the health of the mother. Now, I don't think that "mental distress" qualifies as the health of the mother. Otherwise, as long as there is such a medical exception in place, I think we can prohibit late-term abortions."

  • so is obama a states rights guy? and do you think its the states right to terminate a viable child? why not pull the plug on te preemies?

  • speaking of copy and paste...obama is intenetionally confusing them asses saying things in structured ways so as to back pedal. he clearly staed things then says "i didnt mean it that way" bill clinton was the master of this. so was reagan. a chip off the old system douche block that obama is...

  • how is handing federal moenies to a religion separating them. not establshing religion as is the rule by constitution certainly includes funding them, no? thats not separate...when money is involved so is influence. thats naieve.

  • FISA: bill he opposed last year was Protect America Act. Obama's been clear about the FISA compromise being less than perfect, but if you look at the letter of the law in both bills, you'll see a stark difference. 1 allows warantless surveilance, directly expands the power of the exec branch, 1 does not. they are not the same bill.

Guns: never been for all-out gun bans, never been "anti-2nd Amdt". Gun control vs gun bans (which was the case in DC) are 2 different things.

  • certainly obama was for an all out ban in DC, i'll reference that.

He voted for FISA bill the other day.

They aren't the same bill, but they both advocate warrantless surveillance, and honestly im glad he changed his mind, the information we gathered from them is what triggers the FARC rescue least week.

  • and andy, you are one of them my friend, you can go fuck yourself. a reason to hate? are you inferring some racial bias like the rest of your clan. cant criticize obama or your a hater? you are fucking moron, really. a brainwaashed political pawn. good day asshole.

  • tim: yeah, i've known you for how many years and i have no choice but to label you as a racist based off a youtube comment. you read my beliefs, my intentions, and my heart, like an open book, once again, without flaw via the internet.

    good lord man, calm down.

everyone else: blah blah whoohoo look you made a post on the internet.

  • I supported obama in the primary. He is a liar. HE turned his back on gay marriage. He is a fool and a system douche. I do not always agree with Battim and I am a card carrying Dem. I will not be voting for the liar though. Fanboys like you are the reason, simply because I don't like his lies doesn't make me a hater.

  • no. but making snap judgments about someone whom you haven't the slightest knowledge of or relation to definitely makes you an idiot.

  • No, Barak gave him an excuse to call him a liar. That is not hate. I am unsure what he means by you "work for him" but anyone who works for a politician is clueless. Tribal loyalties are so fun to watch and so predictable. A disagreement on policy turn us into racists and haters that quick? Typical Obamite rhetoric. Guess if I disagree with Mccain I am a age hater, of with Hillary and woman hater. Politics, its so funny.

  • you can't spell his first name and you're preaching about clueless?

  • andy, spelling insults have nothing to do with the ideas intheend is talking about. why straw man the argument, i know that is neocon/obama tactics, is that what they teach you over there, ignore substance and attack the person debating policy? hmmm...a page right out of rove's book.

  • you accuse me of ignoring substance and attacking the person? after your snap judgments volcano of expletives/12 year old name calling? looks liek i learned it from you.

  • name calling because you attacked me personally. i talked about obama, you said i was looking for a reason to hate. interesting. very. i reacted to your childish name calling rather than dealing with issues. you claimed i hate because obama flip flops on everything. you dealt with two issues (and poorly by the way by quoting his website, wchic changes like underwear) and ignore his change of position. the others issues i bring up you ignore, like the war, which was his platform.

  • attacked you personally? tim read my email again, take a reality check. you are once again going crazy over nothing. which somehow warrented your meltdown of the century from you via comment, email, and PM. tim you are getting way way too wrapped up in the world of youtube again.

  • "you are looking for an excuse to hate"

do you know how many times folks hear that that criticize obama of the inane things his sfie has said? sorry. you came at me.

  • oh get over yourself.

  • no get over your self improtant im working for the rock star liar politician self. you are so brainwashed by your mission you dont even see how many times he's changed his mind for political expediance. thats not change, thats the same old shit.

  • good luck with things tim.

  • good luck with your rock star turing the war in iraq into his little theatre next week. if a politican came to america to campaign we have a fit. his arrogance is showing more and more. he is running for president here, not europe and not iraq. a two day visit wont make him an expert on iraqq, it'll make him the empty foreign policy cheel that he is.

  • The hip style is sure to help the people listen and learn. Good cause man.

  • i havent been called hip forever. a forty year old father of two thanks you.

  • I saw the kidney stones related to global warming headline and kept going. You read it, you're braver than me. Oddly enough, the only people I've ever known to have kidney stones are heavy soda drinkers. I guess this means we can add kidney stones to the list of Things That Are George W. Bush's Fault. I want to be an ape. No actually, a chimpanzee. I want to eat bananas all day and throw my shit at people.

  • funny thing is, the article ignored other studies that show diet and calcium in water to be contributing factors. correlation is not causation...journalist missed that in critical thinking class.

  • More and more most of the world's population skips that critical thinking class. I wonder if global warming will make my breasts larger? If that's on Global Warming's Agenda, it better hurry the hell up, I'm not getting any younger!

  • if they make mine larger i wont be happy...

  • Taken out of context, that's a fucking funny comment.

  • certainly it is.

  • USA Today never impressed me much.

The apes thing is pretty wild... what about cats? Do us cat lovers get a vote on this?

And is it possible that they were high when they passed that anti-smoking law? Maybe the hookers can answer that.

  • its good for parrot cages...brightens up the room rather than black and white...dont wrap fish in it unless you want a blue fish..

  • I'm actually surprised that the USAtoday thought black people were as important as monkeys. That's unusual for news rags like that!

Gotta love the no smoking in the pot bar, what a joke hahah.

  • lol. yeah. im glad someone got my 7A reference. sudanese genocide is page seven news, but kidney stones from weather is page one...scary.

  • i like this one. multi subject, i read all those things here too. news papers are the new comic books.

  • cmoic books are more intellectual by far...

  • Hahahaha, yeah, it's true. You can't smoke cigarettes in there, but you CAN smoke weed, pure.

  • can you smoke crack?

  • What? GW is also the cause of many other weather related syndromes and diseases. LOL! that was idiotic, just like us pretending that there is no alliance between those 2 and Apes should be able to vote. I love monkeys :D

  • and he doesnt like black people, remember that, kanya west said it, so it must be true...

  • The funny thing is...The papers are wondering why sales are down. They blame the internet. The reality is crappy reporting.

  • agreed.

  • They should write an article about how easy it is to blame others before looking at yourself.

The world would be in shock and awe.

  • Always do right, this'll gratify some and astonish the rest

    - Mark Twain

  • Yeah I cant help from gagging anytime I turn on the news on tele or glancing at whats front page on the papers as I walk past on my dog walks, then I remember how my grandfather read all the newspapers everyday and wonder how that generation is supposedly smarter then my generation and were so gullible? and many continue to be sooo gullible as well, but I cant fall for that shit anymore.

  • well, honestly, papers were better back then. but not much more. i'll give them this, britney spears was never front page NYT in the 50's

  • Our society is taking a step backwards. and if we are this dumb right now I dont want to see what the future holds.

  • give it time, we'll fuck it all up soon...

  • people are sure stupid

  • so are editors it would seem...

  • yup

  • From what I've heard the tobacco ban was a bann for all indoor areas, not JUST weed cafés. A ban similar to what other countries have had for years now.

  • ok, still silly. whats next, fat bans? oh they are doing that...lol

  • It's about the second hand smoking. I've seen loads of evidence which points to the conclusion that second hand tobacco smoking can cause cancer and lung illness. I've yet to see a report which proves that second hand weed smoking can cause anything more than the munchies.

  • i call bullshit. tar and carbon monoxide seem to be triggers for lung cancer. both marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke have them in large quantities.

  • Tar isn't that big of an issue when it comes to second hand smoking actually. Too much is simply stick in the smoker to be exhaled and the tiny amount which is inhaled by the second hand smoker is so small that the body can actually dispose of it through natural means unless you're sitting in a café 24/7 you're not going to have a problem with tar from second hand smoking. I don't know about the carbon monoxide however. Since it is a gas, most is probably not absorbed by the smoker.

  • we're legalizing that in CA. ya!

  • You ain't legalizing shit...

  • read the news! ya!

  • California is poised to become the first state in the nation to ban restaurants and other food facilities from using trans fats, which are known to increase the risk of heart disease, under a bill approved by the state Legislature Monday and sent to the governor.

The measure, passed with a bare majority, comes two weeks after a similar ban in New York City became fully effective. California doctor and consumer groups support the law

  • yes and that is ridicuolous, trans fats are no more dangerous than any other fat. i dont care who suuports the law. its all big brother and orwellian. the governemt has no place telling me what i can eat, unless you like the ideas in 1984.

  • Well, I tend to agree with the big brother thing. That said, i'm still strangely happy about this law.

  • pssst...the AMA does not support it. why lie?

  • because it's the AMA?

  • CAlifornianas need to learn to keep their nose out of people business. From their referendums telling who we can and cannot marry, to them telling us when and where we can smoke and eat, they can all go f themselves.

    -GG

  • amen.

  • What you see as "Californians" are transplants from all walks of life, genders, races. California is a state the rest of the country follows in 10,20,30 years. You all catch up and enact into law what we do first. Equal rights for all? It's called progress.

  • What you see as "Californians" are transplants from all walks of life, genders, races. California is a state the rest of the country follows in 10,20,30 years. You all catch up and enact into law what we do first. Equal rights for all? It's called progress.

  • taking people right to choose what they eat is progress, orwell called that big brother...not progress.

  • well, it's illegal for me to inject heroin. the law is taking away my right to do that. is that big brother? or progress. where do you draw the line? one person's progress is another's big brother bad dream.

  • yes. legalizing drugs would first of all take away 90 percent of the criminal docket and allow the courts to actually work on violent and property crimes. everyone has the right to destroy themselves however they see fit. jumping out of plane is dangerous, should we make that illegal? the question is, where does it end?

  • yes, a lot needs fixed. not sure legalizing drugs logically leads to fixing court system. maybe if we redirected some of the billions poured into the military to amend this system, more criminal cases would get deserved attention. Legal drugs= more crime? if the Q. is ultimately where it ends- it's back to my case-by-case breakdown. it's situational. & if everyone has rights to destroy selves- won't that lead to higher taxes to clean up after them? increased police force, in the end? later.

  • its doesnt fix the court system, but when marijuana arrests are 70 percent of the nonviolent drug crime docket, its time to think about things logically. alcohol is much more dngerous than marijuana.

  • people have been saying it about nonviolent court cases since i can remember- decades. Logically, since there's more than 1 billion smokers worldwide- many of whom are dying using a product that couldn't make it to the shelves today- not to mention the air pollution it causes and the energy & waste to manufacture & millions in health care cleanup costs- shouldn't a priority be to, oh, never mind. I've heard that one for decades, too.

  • people die. its what we do. been doing it for millenia, your point. smoking is not a contributor to air pollution..lol. people should be allowed to die. you think we are immortal. you'd suggest overpoplulation is better than smoling? lol.

  • people die. separate issue from removing something that is demonstrably bad for peoples' health. i didn't say we're immortal. & no, i'm not a fan of overpopulation. but i wouldn't go around telling people like you not to have kids...

  • if more people died early, it'd be a more sustainable earth. its not for you to tell folks how they should live their lives. i never advocated not having kids. why triangulate. the government has no right telling folks they cant do things they enjoy, even if it harms them. its simple. tyranny of the majority.

  • You mean tyranny of the minority.

To clarify: any human behavior is ok, as long as the person enjoys it, even if it harms them in the process? Do you have a line? Who's going to pay to pick up the pieces of all the people driving down your street 100mph? What if you get hit? They were just 'enjoying.'

  • Mine is a concrete ex. of gov. *control* of the people. China. Population would decrease, yes. However; someone- as a direct result of China's policy- may not get born who would have created the solution to problems. The answer to the big rock headed toward earth, for instance, or solution to a pandemic. Less people on earth, also potentially no people.

  • porn. easy access to porn lowers birth rates.

porn is the answer to everything.

  • omg. you think your vid has a lot of hits.... just keep up in this vein.

  • "Environmental tobacco smoke produces fine particulate matter, which is the most dangerous element of air pollution for health. Levels indoors can far exceed those outdoor. Cigarette smoke produces 10 times more air pollution than diesel car exhaust."

  • this comment is a scammed comment NO2 and NOX and CO emiisions promarily come from fossil fuel buring. period. lol.

  • If you cite an example where people live on a large scale with your ideas of non-gov. interference, or whatever you want to label it, and that population is living well and peacefully... I'd like to know about it... maybe I'd agree with you if I can research a concrete example!

  • Dude. I don't know what to say if you honestly don't think smoke is pollution. See how long you can live in a room filled with smoke... lol for real...

  • please look up major contributors to global pollution, cigarette smoking second hand is not one of them.

  • I'd give $10 to see a good new superlunary video

  • i'll give you 20

  • by 2050 the apes will take over the world, abolish cigarettes and grow weed, sell to the arabs who will then use it to aid in removing kidney stones then use the stones to wipe out global warming, (if it reaches its peak by then) and.....my future prediction? There will not be NOT one of us who won't on 10 July 2014 who won't fart ... u tell me if im wrong. AND THAT MY FRIENDS WILL ADD TO THE GLOBAL WARMING ISSUE !

  • i began adding to it, just farted, thanks for the reminder.....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • i agree w/ no smoking in public places. and the gorilla thing. not mutually exclusive to human rights; why not have rights all around?

  • a tavern is a private business on private property, therefore not public. the public doesnt pay for it and therefore the government needs to bug its nose out. by your logic, if most folks are offended by you, can the gov't ban you in public? odd. as for monkey's, where does your slippery slope end, do cucumbers have the right to life? neither pays taxes therefore arent citizens and therefore PROPERTY.

  • yeah, i don't know about the whole bar-public-private property thing. all i know is i'm glad i don't have to breathe cig smoke in bars, rests & on campus anymore. cig smoke is a health issue. but then, as an ex-smoker, i'm vehement. slippery slope arguments don't concern me. i think, in this particular instance, we can be concerned for both animal & 'human' life. cheers, battim.

  • getting old is a health issue, shall we ban getting old too? slippery slope arguments didn't concern iranians democracy revolutionaries that allowed theocrats to coopt their revolution in 79...it should concern you.

do animals have a right to life? isn't that violating the rights of carnivores?

  • and do we begin protecting animals from each other? do we hire cheetahs to protect zebras?

the whole notion if animal rights is inane. we dont even have humans with rights...

  • another philosophy classroom example. and actually, maybe! depending on the location & rationale for the animals being possibly relocated there. like i said, i don't believe these issues are mutually exclusive. did you make the video just so people would leave comments agreeing with you?

  • no, for debate. and youre giving it to me. did you leave your comment simply so i would say "great comment"?

  • "the whole notion if animal rights is inane. we dont even have humans with rights..." just repeating what you said in the vid seemed less interested in debate than steamrolling. that's why i asked that. there are a lot of vloggers on this site who want to hear themselves talk then get offended/surprised when someone stops by with an alternative opinion. & if one leaves another opinion, they risk attack.

  • not steamrolling ,repating a thought, and that thought wasn't clear in my vlog. that being said...i dont recall attacking you, just disagreeing. if you look up a bit in the comments (hit real all comments) you'll see we've talked about wheher sentience is a requirement for citizenship, we also talked about recipricol responsibilty for such "rights"

  • if said "citizen" in this case monkey, cannot fully comprehend the agreement it is agreeing to, you need to explain to me how it is capable of citizenship, before law "affords" it citizens rights. by the very definition of citizenship the monkey fails in the requirement. for certain.

  • comprehension or not, human or not, all that aside, i have a problem with it when people trot out the old- humans don't have blah blah- and use that as an excuse not to give animals blah blah. and now I'M repeating myself: we can have both animal and human rights- they are not mutually exclusive. i've got nothing else to add to this.

  • again the basic premise of law is that it is a contract. animals can't agree to such a contract, therefore no citizenship. plus igonre the fact monkeys eat monkeys...so by their very nature they don't agree with our laws and therefore dont get citizenship. but keep crying for animals who don't care about you and would eat you if hungry.

  • def. did not state you attacked me.
