Let us see. I've played Modern Warfare 3 and started getting average KD ratio of 3.00 to 4.00 per match = noob friendly game. Battle Field 3 is filled with people who have been playing Battle Field for years and all they do is fly in airplanes and think they are pro = high horse douche bags that actually cant play an FPS. So in turn, the most balanced FPS out there is still Counter Strike/ Counter Strike Source = game of real skill.
