The tabs on the web site do not match what you are playing here. I LOVE THIS VERSION. a better angle of what you are doing or slower tutorial would be AWESOME! PLEASE!!!!

@BaddGuitar Thanks for your response. I did tune accordingly. When i see you play it appears you are hitting notes that dont correspond. The barred 5th in the intro..and the pull off on "i am in love with you" part." it seems you are hitting a 2nd fret A string and the tabs seem to tell me its a higher note. If you have a paypal account I would be happy to pay you for a couple lessons to get it down. I want to play this at my wedding. And as I am not an accomplished player, this is my only way

I just learned this song in this tuning! In Hawaii it's called Taropatch tuning,which is what I'm learning from my teacher. SWEET!

You must have tuned at least 2 or 3 strings accordingly,because the first chord you play without pressing any string at all doesn't sound like that when you play open chords,which one you tuned different ?

Dude,...I've played for 38 years and have always done this in standard tuning with lowering the little E string down to D which is ok if you hit all the accents,...never knew Dan did it in Open G, Duuuuuh!? makes it alot easier too,...love Open G, lots of Stones and one of my favorite Doobie Bros. tune "South City Midnight Lady",...great song. Thanks for the lesson after all these years,Fogelberg will live forever! Tim
