Looks good, but keep in mind what Sonic X-treme was like. Fish-eye lens, and with classic moveset, although I think he could ring-dash. Other than that, I say looking very nice, and fairly acurate.

by the way, the reason i was unsuccessful, is because i was only 12 years old when i made that 3d mario engine.

By now, I've learned a hell of a lot more. :)
