hii! can anyone help me with visual basic 6.0 .. i'm doing my project which will be marked for my final exams.. and i am having problems in the main task that is designing my forms. I had designed my form yesterday but i need to do some changes on it today.. (add some more txt box, labels and buttons) & when i'm trying to do so, i can only edit the codes of the form and not the form itself. Can anyone tell me what's the problems and help me out of this? you can make this very easily in vb 2008 just look at envormentalnerd56 he knows how to make a project fade out fade in (REMEMBER Enviromentalnerd56 does tutorials on vb 2008) :)

Its a program for a car club, it allows you to take out and return, reserve...(etc.) cars. Your script was just for a splash screen. I added in a timer so that after 3 secs the command button(with the car clubs logo on) would be clicked (the code on the timer is: command1_click). it looks really good :D thanks.

I can't seem to replace the command button (1) with a picture... any thoughts?

In the properties menu for the button change the Style option from 0 - Standard to 1 - Graphical then in the picture option choose the image you want to use. That should do it.

Yeah saw that, I ended up just making a tiny button and hiding it in the corner!

My VB is fucked though and won't compile the program properly... it doesn't do any shell commands and spawns a random button :S I'll get someone else to compile it for me. But your code is awesome! works perfectly!
