  • i love how EVERY single video by expert village just sucks! =D

why is it called "expert"village if there never seems to be any expert in it?!

  • PASTA - NOT NOODLES!!!!!! Even 'Lasagne sheets' would be fine ;-) btw... it is spelt 'lasagne.'

  • um...its not called noodles its called pasta

  • u call that tomato sauce .. those look like corned beef .. :S

  • i hate the word " noodles " .. id rather listen to pasta xD

  • Expert village has the worst recipes i've ever seen!

  • learn to spell Lasange first

  • LASAGNA IS GOD!

  • хочу попробовать .....вкуснотище )

  • WTF!

  • PEOPLE STOP GETTING SO EMOTIONAL- he's only going out of his way to give a helpful tip in the assemble of lasagna... plus i'm sure in the different regions of Italy the recipe and method varies in cooking this meal...

  • This is the most rediculous lasagna recipe I have ever seen. Where is this guy from, Outer Mongolia? Iam a true blooded Italian and this dish he concocted is a disgrace to all Italian cooks. Im sure it tastes horrible. OMG !!

  • non farete mai buona come la nostra!!!

  • Thanks for the tip!

  • looks terrible, absolutely NOT the italian recipe for lasagnas.

  • i know one thing i will never eat his lasagna he rushed

  • Well I like Bechamel sauce better than the cheese mixture he is using.

  • the original lasagna is italian no american italy the besttttttttttt

  • That is correct and there is NO "other" lasagna anyways. Have a great day!

  • v lame :( poor

  • NOBODY knows how to teach people how to make lasanga!! do u cook the pasta first or what?? because some people dont and some do do u or no??

  • You cock it at the same time.. while you are making the sauce you have a pot full of water and once it starts boiling you put the pasta. (the water HAS to be boiling for you to put the pasta and that is for all dishes of pasta)

Add oil and salt to your water and don't over stuff your pot. You might want to your two pots and put not more than six sheets of pasta per pot.

  • it depends, most types of pasta are already precooked (at least in italy), if not cook it for a couple of minutes in salty water. anyways, it should be written in the package..:)

  • i think hes done ok, but he needs 2 add more sauce, and cheese, thats wat the dish is all about, also he has not give much details, !!

  • i'm so hungry :D

  • get the fuck off the internet or learn how to write a tutorial. :3

  • Seeing people wearing rings whilst cooking (especially with their hands), makes me wanna throw up.

  • ISo is the mince uncooked when you assemble it with the pasta? I'm making one tomorrow cos the misses is away and i don't know how to cook so a more detailed vid would have been better. I know she puts tomato soup in it instead of sauce.

  • This is an okay video but its not enough detail can i use the pasta cooked or uncooked? does the top layer have to be meat or can it be pasta? and this video is from expert village?

  • I'd put sauce on there so you don't burn the noodles while baking.

  • isn't the lasangna suppose to be more saucy!

  • this video doesnt go into enough detail... And we dont get to see the end result... dissapointing

  • sloppy...

  • DUH! everyone knows that! you should have told us how to make the sauce or something!

  • i just made my first lasagna yesterday, it was extremely fun and i know now that lasagna isn't a hard dish to make

  • Lasagne is a cheap way to make a small amount of meat go a long way in a large Italian family. Being from the land of plenty there is far too much meat and not enough vegetables in the sauce. There should be more layers of pasta which will make the sauce go much further and not deter from the taste. Once you are practiced at getting the wetness of the sauce to pasta ratio correct, you will be able to slice the lasagne up like cake; it will stand 2- 3 high with square sides on a plate.

  • I hate when people call pasta noodles.

Noodles and pasta are completely different things from completely different countries.

I guess this tutorial was an okay "overview" of how to put together lasagna.

But basically not help at all.

  • haha, i know what you mean, i was on a flight a year ago and the attendent calls chow mein pasta lmao

  • Don't you know that pasta is an Italian word for noodle..

  • after living in italy for many yrs and having a strong italian background i must say who gave this guy the ok to have his own show, very bad judment call. i am a senior medical student and my hobby is cooking (healthy cooking) everyone i have cooked for says i should start my own cooking show so look forward to seeing me on youtube. eating and cooking is an art. dont fallow this guys recipe very bad. i want to know who thought this guy how to make lasagna is children

  • I would love to have your recipe Healthyitaliancook. I love cooking, not the best cook in my opinion, but family and friends love my cooking. I would love to try something new from a pro. I hope to hear from you, Thank you kindly

  • Those noodles look really cheaply made... and the ricotta mixture looks like he put eggs in it or something... -_-;;;

and then the meat mixture looks like DOG FOOD. lol

Lasagna without some vegetables in it for variety is BORING. ;p

    onions and peppers or some eggplant or maybe even put a bit of brie and rosemary on top, that's always good. ^_^;

  • What is healthy cooking? Some folk say that's a contradiction in terms. You cook anything and the goodness is cooked out of it! I guess I prefr my food cooked though, unless it's fillet steak.

Pasta is flour and water. Full of starch Definitely not healthy.. Make you fat! More meat, more meat!

  • what happend with the chesse wow you certainly need to stop right there. You didnt evern tell us how to prepare the noodles or meat.

  • seiros86, trust me,

    you don't really hate mozzarella...

you hate the stuff american factories give you and they call mozzarella. it's completely different.

    P.s: I'm italian...

  • y do some put the sauce first and some put the noodles first? which way is best?

  • the best way to do this is... very small amount of sauce first, then noodles, then meat, then ricotta, then mozzarella, very, very little sauce, then noodles and repeat, the layer add small layer of sauce and then top it with mozzarella. mine is killer but the recipe is highly guarded mostly the sauce.

  • thanks!

  • i'm italian,we don't prepare lasagna that way...

    that's not an italian recipe

    the real steps are:

    1)layer of pasta

    2)meat sauce

3)Béchamel sauce(a really easy task, you can prepare it in 5 minutes with butter, wheat flour, milk, pepper, nutmeg, salt)spread in SPOTS with a table spoon(not mixed with meat sauce)

    4)ground parmesan cheese

no mozzarella!the last layer is covered by a mixture of balsamel sauce, meat sauce and parmesan cheese,in SMALL quantity.

oven 250°C or 480°F until baked

  • I too am italian, and depending on what part of italy you come from will determin how you prepare your lasagna. i happen to make a killer lasagna and it includes mozzarella and lots of it, and ricotta, and a thick home made sauce very small amount added to the lasagna and then after its on your plate add more.

  • @argobistecca I knew it this fucking lasagna looks terrible this si shit it looks like vomit with pasta.

  • whats that sticky cheese called?

  • cookin with the kids is better!:-( :-(

  • its.. easy . what is the.. cheesE??

  • oh man, i hate mozzarela (or however its written)

    its like gum/plastic.

    i'll put some regato <3 :P

  • i love this video

  • yum.
