  • does doing the pacer test and this and the push up really gets you thin if you do it everyday

  • @DanSalMol NOTE IM NOT AN EXPEERT but by doing pushups youll will gain muscles, the more muscles, the faster u burn fat. by doing the curlups and pacer youll have to push urself a little more everyday. if u already got 80 in the curlups, u can do that by holding 2 weights on ur hand while doing the curlups. JUST PUSH URSELF ALITTLE MOE EVERYDAY AND U CAN BURN ANYTHING!!!!

    Oh my gosh me to. I got like 58 the first time i did it which was awhile ago and my goal was 80 and i was gonna meet it hahah. My legs was like sooo weak after that. We proved them wrong ;)
