Dude you sucked on this song and c'mon man why'd you do Daniels guitar.every one wants to see and hear pauls guitar of the song.I saw your other video jeez man you just like blew it up on my face it looked like you didn't even practice and probably took you less than a 10mins to learn a song and suck at it. I have the same guitar...

and trust me it sounds murky and nasty if you dont have the settings right.

Take sometime before playing a song to configure your settings on your amp then the volume knobs....

sick dude iv been playing guitar for alittle over a week and i got from 2:41 onwards down and the start aswell but where it plays the 3 strings at once

i cant play well i just cant change fast enough

when i get that ill be able to play it through

practice practice practice hahaha but honestly, a couple tips would be 1: make sure you're applying a lot of pressure down on ALL of the strings which will hurt and be tiring until you build up finger strength 2: keep playing the one section over and over so you get the finger movements down 3: using an acoustic guitar to practice will make it much easier when you play on the electric

Yeah, I was still getting used to my new amp when I made lots of my videos. If I did this one again, I would have changed the style of distortion and used a pedal between rhythm and lead guitar parts.

Also, If you were in the first row of an Interpol concert, wouldn't you have been too busy having fun to pay attention to what exactly he was playing??? I've been at a Bloc Party concert and a Coldplay concert, both really close to the stage, and it's too fun and loud to pay attention to those little details.

you know you dont pick your fingers up when the riff starts at 2:42,you can just leave them and play it better,and the rythme guitar you play in the begiing is totally wrong expt. 4 1 note

No, I couldn't pick my fingers up at 2:42 because I had way too much distortion on and it would've gotten all fuzzy and distorted. You're right, though, If I had had less distortion it would've sounded much better leaving my fingers down. BTW, the intro is correct, I have no idea what you're talking about with that-it might just be all the distortion that's throwing you off.

Yeah, you're right, I have too much distortion throughout the entire song-I use different settings when I play it now. I also realize a couple errors I made... It seems like I always notice mistakes after I upload videos-lol.
