I Believe This Was A Video Clip Of CBS News' Face The Nation With Bob Schieffer's Report On Sen. Chuck Schumer And Sen. Jon Kyl Square Off On Public Option On Sunday Morning, November 22, 2009.
You passed the Credit Card Act to protect consumers. Instead, the interest rates on my credit cards doubled even though I had not been late for 10 years. The banks are now going to do away with free services such as free checking. When are you going to learn that the banks are smarter than Congress and will find ways around your Financial Rules and the consumer gets stuck with paying the tab? If this is the Dems answer for fighting for the little people, then STOP IT!! I can't afford your HELP!!
This is why we need term limits. Get these mofos out of office. Serve 1-2 terms and get your ass back to the real world where you have to work for your money.
They dont approve of any private company competition across state borders, they dont approve of any torte reforms to keep the greedy scumsucking lawyers from driving up costs and they have no fucking business getting involved in this aspect of our lives.
I don't get it. Some in congress would rather fund a war than health care. Yes the troops should be funded, however taking care of our health care should be a high priority where real soutions are discussed..
Like 85% of the Senators went public university, I believe we should remove public schools too. Everyone should be able to choose each private school. Grammer, High School, Colleges. If you can't afford it, then Gold bless ya
I don't believe in abortions, but I believe in sending our troops to Irag to prevent weapons of mass destruction. 4000 Us Soldiers died for a nobel cause. Who care if 1 millioin Iraqis died from this war since 2003.
Harry Reid guy unveils this Health Care package of $849 billion over 10 years. The proposal would reduce the federal deficit by $127 billion over the next 10 years and by more than $600 billion in the following decade. Personally, I would rather have my tax dollars go toward the $703 billion we owe on the six-year Iraqi War.
I'm a conservative Republican, an evangelical Christian. Think about it: I give plenty of money to charities to help our international allies overseas. Why should I want to vote for a public insurance option to help 47 million americans without health insurance? .
@Spicypapayas idiot. we save money with a public option, why don't you read, you ignorant fool. you think health insurance companies and BIG PHARMA are on the peoples' side?? idiot. and furthermore, all representative *have* a government-sponsored health care plan that none have offered to give up. could you be any more stupid, you wanker??
The American people are being held hostage by the insurance industry.
Anyone with a functioning brain knows that single payer health care is not only sound fiscal policy, but also more in keeping with the ethical standards of the supposedly enlightened western world.
Am I seeing different polls than the republicans? Every poll I look at, every person I talk to......all for single payer. "Quite frankly" the political representatives with the best minds also support it.

All elected Republicans in federal office have supported Audit the Fed, except for Senator Jon Kyl.
Jon Kyl is the ONLY Republican in office to NOT support Transparency in Gov't.
We MUST replace the NeoCon RINO Jon Kyl with a Constitutional Conservative!

Reids Senate version of ObamaCare calls for:
Hiding the $2.8 Trillion price tag by not accounting for actual costs.
Major reductions in Medicare befits to seniors.
Major Tax Increases on every American to pay for it all.

We the majority don't want a public option or a single payer wasteful system why don't the Democratic clowns listen to us the majority?

Notice that Scheiffer says "we're out of time" to stop Schumer, immediately followed by giving the last word to John Kyle.
