I am one of Catfish's granddaughters. He was quite a character . People came form all over to visit him . I loved watching this video, it brought back memories of the time I spent with Catfish helping him out with his herbs .1917-2002
I grew up around Catfish. My parents gathered herbs for him for years. I scraped lots of sassafrass when I was growing up. People came from all over to see him. He was on David Letterman and the Johnny Carson show. He passed away a few years ago but is surely missed.
