Yes, Big Brother is watching. And that can be reassuring.

But the Big Brothers that I've been researching through Freedom of Information are unaccountable knobs with fascist tendencies.

Now I'm at the stage where my Freedom of Information is zeroing in on which Ontario Municipal Big Brother is THE WORST.

Of course this is assuming Ontario harbours the WORST....
