I'm learning karate with mochizuki sensei and kenji Tokitsu and i win many tournament but i know that wath i know is not the only reality and Laurent Steenis I'll know him this is a master a real master you don't see this your are blind

Sinon je trouve que Laurent Steenis est vraiment un pratiquant dont l'enseignement est de grande qualité.

Les quelques vidéos vu sur youtube m'ont beaucoup apporté sur la compréhension du mouvement ondulatoire.

@UR4KEN Oui le kata Happoken Yodan se fait des deux côté à ma connaissance hashakkuken shodan ne se fait pas des deux côté car sont schéma est d'office gauche droite et c'est donc superflu; Sinon idem pour tous gauche et droite.

C'est un kata qui a l'air très instructif sur la combinaison ondulation et contre ondulation et continuité dans le mouvement ondulatoire.

@UR4KEN hé bien je dois aller au dojo et filmer :-) il le fait régulièrement mais je dois tomber sur le bon moment. Il y a un moment que je ne suis plus aller filmer.

Je vais refaire un tour. Par contre si vous vouler poster une vidéo je peux lui soumettre aussi pour avoir des commentaires.

Et je sais qu'il sera à Vitrolle cet été il doit cloturer son 6ème Dan et recevoir la nouvelle homologation Ecole Mochizuki
