This song is used quite a bit in the season 2 finale of Medium, "Twice Upon a Time." It is so beautiful and works perfect in the episode. There's a clip here on YouTube of the episode with this song in the backgroud. Worth checking out if you like the song or the show.

that's the first place i ever heard it. i knew i knew the band but couldn't place it and then they did the brief ad for this album at the end and i was like, "i'm buying that tomorrow!" that's also my fave episode of that show. It's so sweet.
