Evangelion is just unpredictable,they give heartfelt touching moments but gave a bad ending.There isn't any chance for Evangelion to continue the series.And that's super sad,just to leave it at that bloody scene where Shinji and Asuka are alone.Well,they wouldn't survive if they aren't inside the Eva anyway.

I have not seen the movie yet, but ive been looking around at many places for info. I believe that asuka is the same has before, the lighting in the scene made it look like her eyes were brown. The bandages were there because she was injured during here battle, and shinji strangles her because he wants to know if he is back into the real world.
