Its exciting racing at night, but to give the race the best edge on saftey, you would need stadium like lights really brightening up every corner, and the start finish area too for the primes and sprint finish. I hate to say , but what a spectacular corner crash huh ? Beavis?
Yes, the womens race starts around 5pm and the men's race is at 730pm. Downtown Charlotte NC is pretty well lit at night. The Criterium Race is August 4th This year
