  • Bull Crap! A group of low class and immoral young soldiers messed with a group of prisoners and took pictures of it. They weren't ordered to do it...What they did, they did on their own. The case was investigated and despite claims that they were ordered to do what they did, no evidence of that was found. Putting panties on someone's head is not torture. If this were the case, all courts outside of the US would cite the US Constitution as pertaining to their own people too. Any prisoner that hasn't been tried is innocent until proven guilty, they have the right to know why they are being held, there can be no cruel or unusual punishment, there can be no torture. These are the rights of all humans beings, regardless of what they have done or if they respect your or my rights to the same things. We are better than our fears and our desire for revenge.
