Get real. The CBO forecasts are for 10 years. With a 3-year head start the bill is barely "budget neutral" for 10 years, but after that it's deep in the red and will stay there forever. I hated Bush, but this health care "reform" is bullshit that gives the insurance companies our money AGAINST OUR WILL. Fuck 'em.
