You cite stats from Iraq. Well young man, the docs left because they are now able. saddam did not allow travel. Hep 'seems' to be up, but it's not, we are just getting more feedback. saddam didn't allow foreign docs. 25% malnutrition?

Thats way lower than it was before. Granted, there seems to be a clash over power. The only difference is that now the Shiites are fighting instead of being executed by saddam. It's foolish to believe that Iraq is not better these days.
