My neighbor put in a large cat door and now has a adult raccoon nesting in his attic.

(P.S. Having the cat struggle to get inside his own house is exercise and- nothing personal- but that cat can stand to lose a few pounds)

I suggest a bigger door for the poor thing. Imagine if you had to try and get into your house through a doggy-door everyday... cuz that's what your cat's putting up with. lol.
