Huh, that is ridiculous. My guitar was double boxed and arrived destroyed by the Post Office. The neck was snapped into and the bout crushed in. The Post Office will not pay a penny if you did not purchase insurance, and then it's a mega hassel.

I have a problem with my guitar case it has a marker writing on it and i need to get rid of it!!!!!!!

Try isopropyl alcohol, lighter fluid, Mr. Clean magic eraser. If that doesn't work take the same marker you wrote it with and write over the writing and immediately wipe it off with alcohol. When you get most of it off go over it with shoe polish if the case is black.

thanks this is awesome, you know what guys, i've never shipped a guitar online, i do sell stuff online and i would think it's a good idea to invest on a case, you can sell the guitar for more and you dont have to buy the bubblewrap, it doesnt have to be an expensive case, not only that but the guitar is more secure within the case. Just my opinion.
