love the whole idea of this house...10,000 down is more than i had hoped it would be...for some reason I was thing it was 6000 down though I do agree it is well worth it...going to check with my husband, he is in africa for three months...he was hoping I could get us moved before he comes home..also going to run it by morgage dept. at my bank ...thanks for the tour...teena frankum
