@lfnfemme ; If I remember correctly(was awhile ago since I heard it) it has something to do with the polaroid photo, ie, being put in the spotlight(not neccesarily fame but school/workplace, etc etc) and having to hide herself from the "the world" in order to not be laughed at/shunned/excluded. Losing all her dolls refers to losing her past/herself. In essence, conforming to the public expectations rather than staying true to yourself.
