I wás not finished typing IPhone and sausage fingers don't mix.

I'm trying to locate that motor through Minn Kota dealers and have had no luck.

They don't even know what I'm talking about.

And I have not seen that stubby looking trolling motor on line either. Please If I could get some tips or advise would be awsome.

Unfortunately, the MinnKota motor is designed specifically for the Torque. You can't install it in another kayak. You do have another option though... the Torqeedo Ultralight motor is designed to attach to the stern of almost any kayak. It does cost $1800 though... and so you might be better off just getting the Torque. For almost the same price you get a 2nd complete fishing kayak.

I have general question. Is the new torque by Minn Kota only for the ocean torque kayak?

I would like to buy the motor and install it into a Trident. There wanting 2300.00 for the new ocean torque kayak hands free fishing Kayak.
