I don't think it's really risky, as long as you download the correct one for your expansion pack i.e. in your case the bon Voyage one. If there are problems then deleting the download should sort it.

Kinda. I suppose she is telling her mum, but it's not something you can control. I used Talk>Gossip and luckily those were the symbols that came up, I guess because she HAD had sex so it was relevant...Smart game :D

I think in the game you go to that area that lets you save, quit etc., then go to the camera options and make sure the special event camera is turned on (I think that's what it's called). Your computer has to meet certain specifications to allow it though.

I can't tell you off hand, but you could try Googling something like "Special events camera sims 2". If your computer won't allow it, it's probably your graphics card which isn't good enough I'm afraid

It isn't actually a hospital, you just need to get items that look similar to that which you would find in one, and get a Sim into the medical career track and dress them up as a doctor. :)
