I live in New York and it's like four blocks away and no one even goes there. If you were to go to Ground Zero, the chances of you going past it would be slim unless you got lost or something. It used to look like a ghostown there until protesters showed up. The people who want to buy the building are only buying it because they lost their old building and this is all they could afford. The first amendment doesn't come with a clause that states that this right is only protected within certain areas. Secondly, the community center isn't even right next to Ground Zero.
