What is puzzling is how people in general -- in this world of information technology -- either do not know of societies or persons like these, or accept them. What is wrong here? Why are most people not really interested in the legality of their so-called elected officials?

Georgia and the rest of the Southern states will forever be under the pre-Clearance requirement of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 until they can quit looking for creative ways to disenfranchise people. You don't undstand how subpoena's work. I could subpoena you to prove that the content of your video is factually correct. But, for several reasons, you don't have to show up unless a Judge signs a Motion to Compel. Just because someone asks you to appear in court doesn't mean you have to. If a Judge signs a Motion to Compel, then yes, you must appear.

Prior to that, regional offices occasionally shared SSNs on a supply and demand basis. It is not uncommon for people who obtained SSNs before 1979 to have one with a prefix from another state, like mine. Obama obtained his in 1977 when he needed one to get a job as a teenager. Since 1979, the practice has been discontinued.

EVERYONE knows Obama is a total fraud and a phoney. He's actually a criminal. Simple. @alastair36 if obama or his lawyers would have showed up in court and presented the paperwork that he claims to have this could have been put to bed once and for all, the fact that he did not even bother to send his lawyer seems very suspect to me, I use to give obama the benefit of the doubt on this issue but find myself doubting his being a natural born citizen now, which by the way does require two American parents, unlike just being a citizen.

Orly's subpoena had no authority and Judge Malihi even admitted that his administrative court had no jurisdiction to order the President to appear. Actually 90% of the lawsuits have nothing to do with the birth certificate, most of us don't care where he was born. He was ineligible the second he came out of his mother's womb because of his mother choosing to sleep with a Kenyan national.

@bibleprophecy1st First off, Grandma Sarah is his paternal step-grandmother. Second, in the unedited version of the interview, she claims that she was present at the Kenyan birth of Obama's father. Later in the interview, she directly states that the President was born in Hawaii. Just because Ron McCrae edited the tape to try and make it seem like she was saying that the President was born there does not make it so. Stop falling for the Birther lies.
