He wasn't saying "god" during the words you heard because of the grammatical differences in sentence structure... but he DID say "god" during the sentence that the translator was translating (the small fraction of a second of each sentence that you heard) and what this means is that Mahmoud was talking about "god" an awful lot during this speech. To rational people this is disturbing and funny because he's a major world political player and he wants Israel wiped off the map.
