it was bad enough weh kelley died then he died whos next please dont be nimoy! hes death clock said he has like 3000 more days to live and the only other real possibility is shatner oh crap whos gonna die next!?
Hey, Sam, as long as we keep them in our thoughts and hearts, they will never die. I still think, fondly, of Jon Pertwee and Patrick Troughton. Not to mention William Hartnell. =Stefan=
That's what I keep thinking. The thought of Nimoy going scares/saddens me, especially when I found out just recently that Kelly had also passed on. I loved Kelly!
James Doohan was not just a great actor who made the role of Scotty. He was also a hero in real life, having gone ashore with the Allied Expeditionary Forces on D Day, June 6, 1944 and helped liberate Europe from the Nazis. May you rest with our Lord in his loving presence for ever and ever.
Great editing and graphics. It really made me think of how much the Star Trek series and movies really meant to me. Scotty lives on and we will continue to see him and Bones and everyone else for that matter. James Doohan and deForest Kelly will be missed very much here on Earth.
What does this have to do with Scottie? Most of it's pictures of Enterprise D, E or Archer's with Deep Space Nine and Voyager thrown in. Very little Enterprise A or TOS.
Scottie's beloved ENTERPRISE lives in all incarnations. Just because you no longer serve on a ship does not meen you love it any less. 4 of the ships I served on have been decommissioned. They still are in my thoughts. Can Scottie be any different? Mr. Scott is th main reason I became a Naval propulsion engineer. =Stefan=
What a great video and tribute to the best loved Chief Engineer in Star Trek and the universe. Very moving it brought tears to my eyes. James Doohan will never be forgotten
The cast of the original series were dealt a unique career....not great but not lacking in fame, drenched in honour and respect.
At least we can all say "Beam me up Scotty" and know he's up there now...actor or transporter chief....
Beautiful funeral. A streak across the sky 1000 miles long...not what was planned but still very unique.

If you want an engine of any ship built to high standerds, give it to the Scottish man standing there on the docks.
