i watched this video agees ago when i had a really bad phone and i really wanted this one. i have it now and ive had it for 2 years. its not that fragile, ive dropped it hundreds of times and only within the last couple of weeks it has gone a bit messed. the left side key came off and the other is wobbly and the top back bit of the phone is coming off and the on/off button is falling out. none of the txting keys r broken and its still usuable.I DO RECOMMEND IT BUT ITS A BIT OLD NOW!!!

i liked this phone alot and had it for about a year and it broke for no reason... tried to slide it open one day and it just wouldnt open. other than that it was my favorite phone so far. i could have got it relaced with the same thing but instead i got the lg xenon. i really wish i did just get this again

I had this phone nd immediatly the center buttons broke and the buttons next to them came off. Also the faceplate thing covering the screen is easily removable exposing the insides. It's now broken into 3 pieces( I did that part). I say that this phone is super cheap and sucks. To all of those people thinking about getting this phone DO NOT BUY IT.

This phone is very tough. I spilt a bit jug of strawberry milk on my bed and when I got up my phone fell out of my pocket and fell in the big puddle. The phone still works 100% though it appeared to be broken at first. It just needed to dry off.

you should consider to upgrade from w580i to w595, I used to own a w580i but then I brought a w595 because its suppose to be an improved w580i and its so much better and nicer looking in ruby black.

@RockAngelzBratz You don't need to push that hard on the keys, I haven't had any problems so far. And it does have a video recorder, just go to the menu, and select camera. You can navigate from video mode or picture mode simply by pressing right or left on the center pad. However the phone must be open for both features to be used. The camera is 2 mega pixels.

I have this phone in the pink and white version. Some things i like are that it looks nice, its easy to customize some of the stuff.

Somethings i dont like are that almost all my keys are cracked in half (still usable though), the little bit of paint between the ring and the middle button is all chipped. My soft keys are somewhat half sunk in and too finiky. I think this phone looks great but its too fragile. Also, the place to put charms is too loose. My phone charms fall out wayy too easily.

oh my god i had this phone in grey and blue (ireland) and ehh, the front cover fell off, the screen came off, the d - pad went on fire, battery got extremely hot and burnt my hand, 3 button cracked, # button broke, which pissed me off as it is used as the space button, battery came out very easily. its broken now, but i loved it :(

I have this phone and I really don't like it ... The battery life is usually very short, it has awful sound/video, the internet is a smaller version than normal internet, and it goes really slow. Also, I've had trouble with my phone working, as it often freezes up, refuses to send txts, and more! most users of this phone have this problem, a solution is to change the video to 3gp. one converter that works is plato to 3gp converter. its 100% free and virus free. also once a video is 3gp it takes up half of the space it did in flv or mp4 hope it helped!

I now have the KEYBO and like it i quess... it takes a long time to send wen you exceed 140 charactors.. and i went swimming with that phone today for not even 5 seconds because i slipped on a rock and paniced to get out of the freezing water.. the hole interior buttons did not work untill i got home and blow dried it... she now works FINE.... wow i wrote alot!! i am real tough on it, it has done well but doesnt work considering the fact that i was drunk a threw it at a wall really hard. the screen is black and have to cancel the phone at $400 from my fucking 3 year plan. I swam with it for a minute or so until i felt it vibrating i then got out and took it completely apart, worked Perfect. Later i was at a buddies and we decided to play ping pong with it.. the screen fell out and i cracked the casing.The 7 button was missing after my dog ate it..
