The Male Vocals in this clip are pre-recorded... listen to brooke shields singing this and the male vocals are exactly the same... I think this weakened ruthie's performance as she didn't have a live singing supporting cast... she is amazing as both velma and roxie <3

she's good here but this clip does NO justice to her actual performance... she injured herself 2 days before this filming and last I saw her she was AMAZING! I have seen ALOT of Roxies and I can say Ruthie is definitely THE best!

she actually recorded this before it was aired and before her injury but I would say it probably doesn't do her justice because musical theatre is always better if you're there watching live, and when the performance is on the proper stage is always better :) x

thats ok and no not yet, am meant to be in a couple of weeks but have heard Ruthie's not in it at the moment due to injury so I'm hoping she will be back in it by then!
