I dont think you need to see the ending to know what will happen.. You`d have to drive that bus at about mach2 for it to clear 50 feet without gravity puling you down more than 2 foot. I`m sure someone could work it out with a physics equation. Would make for dull t.v. but you`d save yourself a shit load of plywood.
