We need to clean up our own Blood/heart! Become vegetarian. Only consume Detox fluids(no Alcholol, no Tea/ Coffee. No smoking. No gambling(Greed and lust) Illict sex. Then and only then can you allow Christ in your Heart. Look at the Sacred Heart as a mirror for your own Heart, if your Heart is pure then learn Meditation, the results will appear over time! It's time to lose our Dogism's, conflicts with others. Make sence? Namaste.
