If you look close, the guy that plays the officious boss of the Brigadier at UNIT is one of those Dr. Who actors that keeps showing up over and over. He also played the Chinese magician in "The Talons of Weng Chiang."

I'll be looking forward to the DVD release of this, which I hope will come out next year because I do like this story alot, I heard that not many people like this story, but im sure they've recolured Episode 1 by now and we can have CGI dinosaurs, which will make the story more belivable.

That was very funny when he locked Mike and Sarah Jane out to get some peace and then suddenly Brigadier Alastair Lethbridge Stewart comes in the other door and asks him what he's doing, the Brigadier and the Doctor both have some really funny moments together back in these days! Lol.

A very stylish villainous actor. Also check out his role in something called 'More than a Messiah' a kind of ersatz Dr Who story one of a series which featured Colin Baker as 'The Stranger'...!

@Lunargleam2 - Not only that, but it's also Martin Jarvis, who (amongst lots of other television roles) play the Governor in the Colin Baker story "Vengeance On Varos"!!

They should release this on DVD in a 2 Disc Set, with Part One (in the show, not the video on You Tube) colourised and with new CGI replacements. I want them to do this to The Ambassadors of Death. I also want Meglos to released to complete Season 18.

Actually they could use the technology that was used to make 'Walking with Dinosaurs' and its spin-offs to create wonderful CGI dinosaurs.

As for colourising the first episode, apparently Ian Levine has this in hand, and in any case they could use the same tech that was used to colourise part three of Planet of the Daleks.
