Cut the riser and put a super heavy dome over the well. That thing don't look like it's under that much pressure where it would push the oil out from underneath. And it does sink pretty deep into the mud. Unless I'm wrong about the pressure. I think you're worrying about getting the oil top-side as much as stopping the leak.

When this first happened, I felt as though someone had kicked me in the gut. My sympathies to the families and friends of those lost in this disaster. My sympathies to everyone adversely impacted by this disaster. I hope they can stem the tide of oil quickly. This is actually beyond a disaster. This is a catastrophe.
