Which version of Creation in the Bible do you like best? Genesis Chapter ONE, which has the same developmental sequence as Evolutionary theory teaches? Or chapter TWO, in which man was created before plants and animals? Chapter ONE, in which Adam and Eve were created at the same time? Or chapter TWO, in which Adam was created before the plants and Eve was created after all the animals?
Most parasites are actually not terribly complex. Many are not much more than sacks of reproductive tissue. And that most parasites do not harm their hosts makes sense evolutionarily, because it would be counterproductive to a parasite's existence to harm its host. Thus, those that do harm their hosts would be filtered out through processes of natural selection.
