OK so you say that you don't do much exercising but what about people that has more body fat. I don't know how you looked before this video but it could mean 60% diet 40% exercises for some. Not debating or disputing but would it make a difference if a guy was 255 lbs and his idea weight is 180 lbs for his size. So would that mean he has more work to put in?
Thats true, I I've been exercising everyday for over a year & I've gained a lot of muscle but I still have belly fat. I did a 3 month diet, I was eating healthy and still exercising and I lost about 30 pounds. I can notice the difference by looking at old and recent pictures but as soon as I started eating like I used to I havent lost or gained any weight for about 3 months. So I guess diet is what most impacts your fat content more than exercise...Its time to start eating healthy again. -_-

Replace soda or sugary drinks with juice, if you still want that soda carbonation:
2 liters of seltzer water(no corn syrup/sodium like tonic water)
64oz apple juice, or any preferred all natural juice not containing cornsyrup
Since the juice has a lot of natural sugar already, fill the majority of the serving cup with seltzer since that will offset the amount creating a nice taste. The seltzer will help minimize sugar intake as well.

You are absolutely right in this video. It is better to gradually make the transition and make adjustments to your diet as you progress. I say that all you need is the right amount of nutrients at the right times. Six meals a day helps dramatically to keep metabolism going. Try avoiding all those junk foods that are under the guise of healthy food such as anything that decreases testosterone, contains growth hormones, etc.

@bethdominix You should have a day to rest. Don't work out every day. That's not healthy. But yeah, proteins are important for muscle which is a natural fat burner. But too much protein isn't good either, you shouldn't forget the other nutrients.

@suraspammers actually you can eat what ever you want just make sure you work out (like running or so) for more than half an hour so you burn all your sugar and after than half hour do the workout for the desired muscles (according to my biology teacher burning all your sugar makes your body start to burn fat to turn it into energy and well he knows what he's talking about :D)

there's a lot of rude comments on this video. personally, i find it pretty cool. in most vids on youtube, you see a guy in a huge ass gym and it looks really intimidating. this is just a normal guy tryin to share some tips. maybe before you guys lose your fat asses, u should learn to lose the mean attitude.

If your 20 years old, I am sure thats helps a lot,,,, If you want to lose weight pretty fast, I would suggest using a smaller plate at meal times. Do not get seconds!!! Most people will try to eat everything on their plate,,,if it's a smaller plate,,, lower calories. In addition to that,,, before you eat that meal on a small plate, pound a tall glass of water. This alone will make you lose weight. If you add excercise the results will blow you away. Im a Marine & this worked for civilian friends

Diet: Replacement soda beverage-
Replace soda or sugary drinks with juice, if you still want that soda carbonation:
2 liters of seltzer water(no corn syrup/sodium like tonic water)
64oz apple juice, or any preferred all natural juice not containing cornsyrup
Since the juice has a lot of natural sugar already, fill the majority of the serving cup with seltzer since that will offset the amount creating a nice taste. The seltzer will help minimize sugar intake as well.

You are absolutely right in this video. It is better to gradually make the transition and make adjustments to your diet as you progress. I say that all you need is the right amount of nutrients at the right times. Six meals a day helps dramatically to keep metabolism going. Try avoiding all those junk foods that are under the guise of healthy food such as anything that decreases testosterone, contains growth hormones, etc.

i changed my lifestyle 5 months ago i didnt diet i started to eat alot of protiens and drink alot of water and i excersised evrery damn day! fo like half an hour i never missed the exercises and in 5 months i lost 25KG!! well my objective is to lose more 10 KG! wish me luck!

@bethdominix You should have a day to rest. Don't work out every day. That's not healthy. But yeah, proteins are important for muscle which is a natural fat burner. But too much protein isn't good either, you shouldn't forget the other nutrients.
But congratulations! Keep up the good work.

@suraspammers actually you can eat what ever you want just make sure you work out (like running or so) for more than half an hour so you burn all your sugar and after than half hour do the workout for the desired muscles (according to my biology teacher burning all your sugar makes your body start to burn fat to turn it into energy and well he knows what he's talking about :D)

@suraspammers not sure I forgot to ask that part to my teacher but I guess it will be like twice as fast or even more than usual because with normal workout you rarely get to burn fat to form muscle and just burn the sugars...

@suraspammers well a diet will speed up the process and well Mcdonalds really doesn't help, one BigMac has almost as much calories as a whole meal (soup and desert included)! so it won't help but you can always have a break and eat one ;D
