if you do sonic blade hella times he dies rlly fast....you need hi pot or elixer to get back cards though so ur made to redo combo...takes like 1 reload....depending on how many points and cards u can use
When I was close to defeating him I used the Jafar Genie card so he couldn't break my attack cards, and when I was close to dying I used a Hades card. Those cards DO help at times XD Although one thing I never got, what do Premium cards do? Is it like a regular card with altered abilities or what? o3o
its really fucking gay how cards just break. if this game didnt have cards as weapons, it would be a GOOD game. its just a ripoff of kingdom hearts 1 with one new world (castle oblivion) and orgy characters. you can't even gaurd in this game...damn.

In this one, he is going through (almost) all of the places he's been before and slowly remembering things that is "important" and loosing the "not so important" ones. The Organization 13 and Namine is introduced into the series which makes the second game make a little more sense.

the effects of using sleighs too much (mainly for me sonic blade) all you have is three cards (attack, cure 0 and gravity) i had like a quater a circle of max HP and i STILL beaten him even on second one. (i had so many sonic blades i wasted riku LOL)

Personally, I liked this fight. I might be as crazy as Vexen, too. Challenges are fun, I havent gotten to him in Re, but on the GBA he was fun to fight...his shield is annoying though.

but if you have key to rewards, go to traverse town, and go, you'll be well rewarded with Lionheart, a solid B from strike to finish, which makes it the immediate thrust card

I can't beat him either, but I myself have like seven 9 cards.. have you been editing your deck? I only allow cards as low as 6 in mine, remove any lower than that and just add as many highest ones as I can since it frees up a lot of CP. Good luck.

I just noticed how lazy Deathspank is in making a deck, as he just updates one deck throughout the whole game rather than make separate decks specifically for each battle. I personally would've used a Fire Raid deck. But Deathspank still makes high quality videos, which I respect.
That's pretty much what I did. I had one deck I'd use constantly, and another I would alter for battles that gave me a hard time. Like this one... I used every fire card I had.

If you use a partner card at the beginning of a sleight, it will be better. Since you dont get the partner card back when you reload anyway, you dont have to worry about the "losing first card in a sleight" rule.
