People who have mental illness should prompt compassion from others, but the sad fact is that they are discriminated against and mistreated EVERYWHERE they go. There is also a group in BC. Canada who are now suing a mental health facility for years of abuse that they suffered. We need to shine a light on these outrageous abuses.
