Scott3940 power down there big hero. Its quite clear that the first due got a quick knock on the fire, and obviously a small fire. Their second due is the Rit team. And what are you some firefighting god? Not every fire is done out of the text book big guy. As for apparatus placement small streets not to much they could do there. As for the real firefighters in this video, good knock down, you guys did your job and did it well.

OUTSTANDING! That was textbook ops right there. 1st line in, second dry line upstairs( thats what the ladder was for) Everyone was calm, 2 truck company's 1 on on side, one on the other. Good work guys.

wow where do I start, if this is a garage fire, why was the door taken from the inside with the wrong saw? Why is their a white helmet moving hose? Why is their no ventilation? Command on the front lawn instead of in the vehicle, front of the bld blocked by a engine, ladder thrown for ???? Good Lord!!

If a hose gotta get moved, who says that only certain people can do it? If you see a quick task that needs to get done, then do it. What do you think they took the door for? Ventilation. If you look at 3:01 you can clearly see that the engine is far enough back from the house that a ladder could pull up in front of it to set up. Ladder is set up for safety, 2nd floor crew searching for extension.

5 people standing around someone else can move hose not operations chief, the door needs to be taken down from the OUTSIDE for visability & better conditions, engine NOT in right position, the truck needs to be in the right position from the beginning I agree that the ladder is for egress but again placed in the wrong position & location & least open the windows on the 2nd floor. You train for a job and speciific tasks, do them right and use the RIGHT tools thats why they are their, RIGHT!!!

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that there is already a line inside attacking the fire when this video starts. In the description it says that two hand lines are stretched. The crowd outside is the second dry line going upstairs to check for extension.
