Hay my name is Joe Taylor first of all I would like to say tht ur not cp3 but ur a beast man I never seen sumone do his moves quite like u man!!. But I'd like to ask u a question how do u become faster with ur handles and really really sell the fake on just the basic right to left crossover? Immature beginner and I reall need help wit tht if u could help me with speed and my overall handles wit a vid or sum expert advice tht wuld be zoo helpful god bless u man and keep up the work ur a excellen
I Never comment but you always do a great job and I had to give credit.. Great job! God bless.. I know we will hear about you someday just like you said.
i do this move all the time and everybody is always like where did you learn that? and what is it called? and i didn't have an answer until now im going to say i got it from chris paul.
This guy is a fantastic teacher. if you have the talent this move is for more advanced players. to do this you first need to do some dribbling drills like two ball and stuff. This guy is really really good
Man ur videos are awesome keep them coming! I really appreciate how u point out the counters when someone cuts off the first move. I'd love to see u talk about creating separation for a jumper a little bit.
Just go to say, won't it be a travel if you don't bounce 1 more time after that crossover. Because I can see very clearly that you take 3 steps. It's great move, really great, but travels kind of bothers me. I like to keep my fundamentals right.
XtremeBasketball I am an awesome 5'7 chinese kid and I can dunk easily. Anyone can do it, just use the right workout. I used the one at 50inch vertical[dot]com but just about any workout is good if they work (which many do not)
X-treme Basketball Presents: "Signature Moves" Chris Paul Hesitation One/Two Step Crossover
#VIDEOPOSTERID# amazing, other things can I say. If you play basketball, you HAVE to all know how you can dunk, I only just recently completed the coaching program at 50inch vertical[dot]com - It's a must see! (I'm merely 5'7!)
X-treme Basketball Presents: "Signature Moves" Chris Paul Hesitation One/Two Step Crossover
XtremeBasketball I am 5 7 and I dunk all the time in official games. I m in my school's team and my dunking impresses everybody (the girls haha). It was truthfully really simple, I just followed the special training workout over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com - I m sure you can probably do it too
X-treme Basketball Presents: "Signature Moves" Chris Paul Hesitation One/Two Step Crossover
anyone other than XtremeBasketball tried the nba training program for dunking and shooting? Even Kobe, Ray Allen and Gilbert Arenas have used this program. If you don t know what I m talking about, take a look at 50inch vertical[dot]com

oh, one more thing. You forgot with CP3's fake spin move on the screen or iso... at the same time he drops with his dribble, he turns his head the other direction. Sometimes the small details make the big difference. But good job, and thanks for posting this up.
you pretty good compared to all these other guys making up some in & out spin move quick shot at the free throw line. I was disappointed. But you're right bout his decision making in changing his pace from slow to fast. I learned the in & out from him, and counter with the behind the back dribble.
Don't be afraid to make mistakes my man, that's why you practice, practice, practice! You become good by doing something over and over and over again.
