sorry to spoil your fun but those are satilites there are about 10 in total and they all cross each other at some point that explains the '' 2 ufo's '' and the vidio before this ''one ufo'' you will see at 0:33 there is a smaller one and it crosses the one your following :/ sorry dude but good try :)

i have viewed this many times and i have come to the conclusion it is a bird or insect. it looks like it is gliding and if you look closely you can see variances in the glow/light that indicate wings being flapped now and again.

Hi mate its a yukon ranger 42x5 night vision monocalur, It has a av out put on this device so it lets you hook it up to any t.v etc. I hook mine up to a tv then record the tv with my camcorder easy as that mate.......
