k9s ar epolice dogs that go thru a great deal of training and once they reached peaks of their training they do shows like this for people.The things on their arms are bite sleeves so the people dont get hurt.the cop was letting them attack him so he could show that even in a situation when he cant tell the dog to attack the dog will react on instinct to protect his master.

haha i remember that i was there at the parade watching that happen it was so much fun it first i was confused on why they were there my mom thought that b/c of the police "chasing" them at the beginning that they werent supposed 2 be there but then they stopped about between 30-50 feet away from us & we watched the show

yeah police dogs are trained to go for the arm with a wespon or something, and you almost never see a bite suit in police training, usually just a arm sleeve, thats where they want the dog to bite
