gta4 does have issues. The pc version is terrbile, many bugs. The console version's fps likes to drop and targetting is hard.

@Dzastynas I heard that the PC version is laggy, but about the targetting being hard is because you must have turned off the aim assist which automatically targets the closest target, you can them switch targets by pressing the analog stick. And I didn't notice any frame rate drop on the console version.

I am turned ON the aim assist and it sucks. The read dead redemption targeting system is way better.
